How excited I am to see another educationally stimulating academic year now well underway for our wonderful students, each uniquely talented and eager to learn.  Bi-Cultural Day School continues to be the “Jewel of Fairfield County,” a place of academic excellence, friendship and inclusive community.

Bi-Cultural Day School is an exciting place for our students and their families.  The school offers a rigorous academic program in both secular and Judaic studies and an array of extracurricular activities to round out the educational experience.  Along with an outstanding curriculum, Bi-Cultural prides itself on its highly qualified, dynamic and innovative teachers. With a strong and collaborative teaching staff and administration, students are helped to thrive and excel in our challenging setting.

Bi-Cultural believes in educating the whole child. The school’s dedication to academic excellence involves taking the time to get to know each and every student, building on strengths, discovering new talents and encouraging personal growth. All of our teachers are trained in differentiated instruction, which allows all students to be challenged in very specific ways. We celebrate all of our students’ strengths and believe in teaching students to be strong critical and analytical learners.  Professional development for our teachers is a priority, spanning all grades and curricular areas.  The result is a program for students that is cutting edge, dynamic and innovative.

Throughout the day and intertwined within the curriculum is the teaching of Jewish values.  An emphasis on social responsibility begins in the classroom, then quickly extends out into the school and the community at large. Bi-Cultural has an extensive Chesed (kindness) program that reaches people in need from Stamford to Israel and around the world.  We are educating Jewish children who will become proud and productive Jewish members of the community. Throughout the year, the staff encourages and guides our students to be positive role-models both in school and out. We take pride in our children as we watch them experience the joy of helping others and the sense of empowerment that comes from the discovery that one individual can make a difference in our world.

We invite you to join us as we continue to venture forward in fulfilling our mission and creating the Jewish leaders of tomorrow.
